One cool feature Byte offers is Ghost Mode: if you tap the ghost icon while filming, your original image will appear faded, creating a dream or flashback effect.

The app classifies videos into different categories such as trends or genres like comedy, anime, weird things, pets, magic and more instead of hashtags like TikTok uses.
