In a recent development, Priyanka Choprathe family would have rented a bungalow located in Koregaon ParkPune, for the Urban Nomads Private Limited Communitya co-living and co-working company.
As reported by Hindustan Times, documents accessed by Zapkey revealed that the agreement, signed by Priyanka's brother Siddharth Chopra it's mom Madhu Choprait was registered on March 21st.
According to the documents, the co-existence company paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh and will pay a monthly rent of Rs 2.06 lakh. The bungalow, with a plot of 3,754 square feet, has a built area of 2,180 square feet on the ground floor, a basement area of 950 square feet and a large garden of 2,232 square feet. measured at 400 square feet.
