All 32 vetoes awaiting analysis by the National Congress will be analyzed by senators and deputies in a joint session convened for Wednesday (24). The oldest veto was issued by former President Jair Bolsonaro, citing a provision in the provision repealing the National Security Law and defining crimes against the democratic rule of law. The latest veto is President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's veto of the temporary release of prisoners.
