It’s also bundled with Showtime for one low price and adds several additional movies and original series to your library. And now you can score big savings with the Paramount Plus Black Friday deal.
Now through December 3, new and eligible returning subscribers can get the first three months of Paramount Plus Essential for just $2/month or Paramount Plus with Showtime for just $4/month. That’s a total of $6 for three months of the Essential plan with ads, or $12 for three months of the Showtime plan without ads – which is 67% discount.
With this deal, you essentially get three months of any Paramount Plus plan for the price of one. After the three-month promotional period, the service will automatically renew at full price, but you can cancel at any time.
Paramount Plus discounts are not common. It usually takes a major holiday like Black Friday or the occasional anniversary for a promotion like this to appear. For this reason, this sale is an opportunity not to be missed, especially if you plan on subscribing.

Is Paramount Plus worth buying?
With so many streaming services to choose from, it’s not easy to decide to pay for another monthly subscription. This Paramount Plus Black Friday deal makes subscribing a no-brainer if you’re even remotely interested in trying the service, but we think Paramount Plus is a worthy streaming option at full price.
Paramount Plus has the distinction of being home to many ViacomCBS programming that can’t be found elsewhere, including shows from CBS, BET, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, MTV and more. It includes favorite shows like “Survivor,” “NCIS,” “CSI” and “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.” You can also live stream NFL games airing on your local CBS market. Paramount Plus also has a strong lineup of original programming, including popular “Yellowstone” spin-offs and hits like “Star Trek: Discovery.” The service also allows you to stream new Paramount films after they appear in theaters.
Even without that deal, Paramount Plus is relatively inexpensive at the regular price of $6 per month for the Essential plan with ads, or $12 per month for the Paramount Plus plan without ads with Showtime. In addition to Showtime, the top tier also provides live streaming access to your local CBS station.
