Last Wednesday (13), President-elect Marcelo Teixeira met with WTorre to discuss the construction of Vila Belmiro.

The meeting took place in the city of São Paulo and its aim was for both parties to continue the project approved by the partners last year. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to start the work.

The next step for the contractor is to obtain financial capital to start the work. As the chair sector has not yet been sold, the project's progress has been halted.

The new Vila Belmiro will have a capacity of 30,108 people and will be divided into four sectors: Grandstand, Premium Deck, Box and Upper Grandstand.

The new Vila Belmiro will be built on an area of 71,690.46 m² and will have 27 internal and 36 external stores and a parking lot for 576 vehicles.

WTorre is also a partner of Palmeiras and has the rights to organize events and shows at the Allianz Parque stadium in Palestine. In addition to doing business in other countries.
