She told Bollywood Hungama about her relationship with Bobbywas that she was asking him a lot of questions on the set of Animal. And he would tell her about filmmaking that has changed over the years and his transition to OTT from the web series Aashram. She said that she learned a lot from everyone, be it Bobby or Saurabh Sachdeva or Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Triptti Dimri orRanbir Kapoor.
When asked about filming for her wedding scene with Bobby, which suddenly translates to someone being murdered, Mansi said they used real blood to film that scene and it smelled really bad. Although she never imagined something like this would happen in real life, she said it was a nice twist in the film itself.
“You're talking about two animals who have their own battles in their lives and fight ghosts in their heads. And when you see Bobby, sir, getting into that zone, you kind of understand what we're talking about here. he's the villain of the film,” she said.
