Karan Singh Grover shared the screen with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in Siddharth Anand's directorial, 'Fighter'. The film received a lot of positive responses from viewers. In a recent revelation, Karan said that his wife Bipasha Basu helped him to a great extent by providing harsh criticism and valuable feedback in his professional life.
In an interview with India Today, Karan shared that his performance in 'Fighter' left Bipasha teary-eyed. He added that Bipasha loved the film and cried a lot during the interval. Even after knowing the story before watching it, she still couldn't contain her emotions.
Karan further added that he and his friend were crying and the more they tried to pretend they weren't crying, the more energy was drained from them. Bipasha was very happy and said that she is 'proud' of him for his performance with a balanced meter. She liked the way he kept the character together in the film, which was easy to transform into something else without much care.
At the same time, Karan mentioned that Bipasha also acts as a 'brutal' critical in his life. His behavior of telling the truth without sugarcoating helps the actor to improve himself. He stated that everyone needs a person in their life who will give an honest assessment of them without thinking about how the other person will feel about it. And Karan said that Bipasha is the right person for him.
