After taking over the box office since the day it was released on December 1st, Sandeep Reddy Wanga'Animal' has been showing a downward trend in national box office in the second week.
According to a report in Sacnilk, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer collected Rs 5.8 million at the box office on its 14th day on Thursday, taking its overall collection at the domestic box office to Rs 473.89 million.

'Animal' had a triumphant run at the box office, dominating till Sunday with an impressive collection of Rs 36 crore that day. However, the film's box office performance dipped from Monday, facing a significant drop of 61 percent with collections totaling Rs 13.85 crore. The trend continued on subsequent days with Tuesday and Wednesday witnessing a continuous decline, accumulating Rs 12.72 crore and Rs 10.25 crore respectively.

On a global scale, 'Animal' has racked up a remarkable Rs 772.33 crore at the box office, surpassing Sunny Deol's 'Gadar 2' to grab the third spot among the highest-grossing films of 2023. The film is now aiming break the records set by Shah Rukh Khan's films,'jawan' and 'Pathan'. 'Jawan' achieved a global collection of Rs 1,148.32 crore.Pathan'earned Rs 1,050.30 million.
