It was another slow week for.
Once again, no game was able to surpass the 6 million viewer mark, although Georgia-Tennessee came close with 5.73 million viewers on CBS. That’s a huge viewership decline from last week, when the No. 1 game drew more than 9 million viewers.
Week 12 also featured Michigan-Maryland, which drew the second-largest audience with 5.43 million people tuning in to Fox.
Washington State-Oregon came in third with 4.73 million viewers on ABC. Rounding out the top five games were two additional games on the Disney-owned broadcaster – Louisville-Miami with 2.89 million and USC-UCLA with 2.65 million.
On The CW, Saturday’s ACC matchup between North Alabama and Florida State brought in 1.3 million viewers, which is the network’s biggest primetime audience in more than six years. It was also the CW’s best Saturday night primetime ratings since national programming began on the network in October 2021.
As always, several networks are not rated by Nielsen, which means their ratings are not reported week after week. This includes the SEC Network, ACC Network, CBS Sports Network and Pac-12 Network. ESPN+ and Peacock are also not rated by Nielsen for live programming.
