In his plenary speech, Senator Efraim Filho (União-PB) highlighted the work plan presented on Tuesday (12) for the analysis of the reform of the administrative and tax process in the Internal Temporary Committee to examine the preliminary projects presented within the scope of the Committee of Lawyers (CTIADMTR).

— The opinion to be presented is an extremely technical but very important topic because today's Brazilian legislation is at this stage archaic, outdated and outdated and requires several modifications to improve it, he said.

The collegiate rapporteur, Senator Efraim Filho, announced two public hearings on February 6 and 20, before presenting the final opinion on the preliminary drafts considered within the Committee of Jurists.

The Collegiate Church will have up to 90 days to consider and, if it so wishes, consolidate ten draft legislative proposals to streamline, standardize and modernize the national administrative and tax process. The initiative came from Senate President Rodrigo Pacheco.
