VISHAPATNAM: Dredging Corporation of India Limited (DCIL), a leader in the dredging industry, has published a profit of Rs. 27.22 crore for the third quarter (3rd trimester) from 2023-24 financial year against Rs 13.84 crore in the same quarter last year.
O DCI announced its Earnings per share (EPS) is at Rs. 9.72 for the third quarter. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for this quarter is Rs 69.59 crore as against Rs 59.71 crore in the same quarter last year.
The third quarter of this financial year witnessed the successful completion of several significant dredging projects and contributed to increased DCI revenues. The company maintained its focus on operational excellence this quarter. DCI and Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) Chairman Dr Madhaiyaan Angamuthu and DCI MD and CEO Captain S Divakar appreciated the dedication and expertise of the DCI team. The company aims to achieve its highest-ever turnover of Rs 1200 crore for this financial year 2023-24.
