She talked about Date Raita, which is a great way to include dates in your summer diet. According to the video, this raita is prepared with just 4 ingredients and is made with homemade curd, which has a sour taste. It is flavored with black salt, roasted tawa cumin powder and soaked dates. For this recipe, the dates are left to soak in water for about 30 minutes and then cut into small pieces while the seed is discarded.

Well, this is one of the easiest raita recipes that you can make at home for Iftar parties. Just take the bowl of curd and beat it well to make it creamy. Then add the chopped dates and mix well. This will give a sweet taste to the sour curd. Then add a pinch of black salt and roasted tawa cumin powder and mix very well. Enjoy it at Iftar as it helps you get rid of tiredness and provides you with the energy you need at the end of the day. Rujuta further explained in the comments box that those who are not fasting can enjoy this dish for lunch or dinner to get the best benefits.

At the end of the video, Rujuta also explained that we should include this Raita in our summer diet as it can help in dealing with all the summer problems. It is extremely good for people who experience hair loss and low hemoglobin levels. Date Raita can even help improve your mood and deal with PMS. Also, if you have stomach problems like gas, bloating and acidity, this Date Raita is a must!
