The TV personality, 35, and the Top Gear star, 50, announced last year that they had split after 11 years of marriage.
Paddy and Christine continued to live together, however, with their three children – Penelope and Leo, 10, and Felicity, seven – unaware that their parents are no longer together.
Although Christine previously said she was 'petrified' at the idea of dating again, ex Paddy is starting to see other women.
Speaking on Vicky Pattison's podcast The secret to… Christine said she and Paddy 'talk a lot' so she is in the know about his love life.
She shared: 'We are very open. He told me when he was going out on a date.
'We still live in the same house. But I think we're both in the same place right now, where we just don't know what to do or where to go.
The mother of three continued: 'We've been there [relationship] for 16 years. I've been with him since I was 19, so my dating history before him was an absolute mess, so I had a long, lovely marriage.
“I kind of don't know where to go, where to start, and he's the same, he's pretty much the same,” she confessed about moving on with someone new.
'He tried and said, “I'm not quite ready.”'
Christine thinks dating might be “easier” when she and Paddy no longer live together.
The reality TV star went on to say that despite splitting from Paddy almost two years ago, she 'haven't been on a date'.
'I've talked, I've had fun a few times, I can't even think about dating or, like, a serious relationship. I get a text and I say, “Ugh, God, no.”
Christine also clarified that she has never been on a dating site and discussed the difficulty of knowing whether someone is interested in her romantically or platically.
'I just think everyone is being friendly. If someone said, “Oh, you look beautiful, you look really beautiful,” I would say, “Thanks, you too, you look great.”
'At what point do you think they might want a little more?'
Christine has already been involved in rumors she was dating Chelcee Grimes but neither confirmed nor denied.
The Real Housewives star and football player, 31, was spotted kissing at Winter Wonderland last year and has continued to make cozy displays on Instagram, with sources previously claiming Chelcee was a shoulder to lean on during his split from Christine .
Despite their dating dilemmas, Christine and Paddy continue to prioritize their children, all of whom are autistic.
Sources recently told New Magazine that the former couple “are stronger than ever as co-parents” as they have “put the pain behind them and are making things work for their kids.”
When announcing their separation last summer, Christine and Paddy made it clear in their statement that they would be civil co-parents.
Their statement read: “We made the difficult decision to separate some time ago, but our main focus, as always, is to continue loving and supporting our children.
'This was not an easy decision to make, but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be to our three beautiful children.
“We will always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and we still live happily together in our family home.”
