Give a One Time Gift


The Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE operates on a limited budget, and the same is true for every department. The department heads in the hospital were asked to submit some specific ideas for items that a sponsor could select – to be purchased by the hospital using the funds that the sponsor provides. The response was tremendous, and the list shown here is just a part of it. When you choose to give a one time gift we still need to collect some personal information to finalize the transaction, but you will not receive ongoing emails throughout the year. You will receive an official receipt and thank you letter.

1. $100- Scanner to store medical records electronically
2. $200- 20 pairs of closed-toed shoes to protect nurses from body fluids or accidental needle drops (5 sets of 20 needed in total)
3. $200- One pair of soft lead gloves to protect radiology staff
4. $250- Database Management Training Course for one Medical Records staff member
5. $300- Dosimeter to measure radiation for the radiology staff
6. $500- CT Scans for 5 patients
7. $700- Air Conditioner to keep pharmaceuticals in warehouse pharmacy at correct temperature
8. $800- MRI’s for 4 patients
9. $1,000- Provides 600 doses of antibiotic medicine to treat diseases like typhoid fever or meningitis
10. $1,500- Electronic Precision Scale for dispensing pharmacy
11. $1,500- One pair of lead eye glasses to protect radiology staff
12. $2,500- CardioCard EKG System for Telemedicine Department
13. $12,000- One year of meals for all of the in-patients in our wards to eat twice a day.
14. $20,000- A 4×4 Vehicle (Pajero or LandCruiser) for Mobile Clinic and Telemedicine Departments
