Today I am going to share with you the video of “How to swim”. Well, I am sure that there are lots of people does not know how to swim at all. It is because they never learn to swim or there is no one teach them how to swim. Even me, I do not know how to swim either. If you go to swimming class it will cost you lots of money. So, I decided to search online if I can find the video tutorial of how to swim.
Swimming is the best exercise for your health compare to other exercises like running, jogging, weight-lifting, and others. It is best for those who wants to make their body slim.
