Dangerous Plant That People Keep in Office
This plant are very popular in Cambodia and I found many people are planting to keep the view for their house. Not only it is planted in house, but also in most offices. I also have it both in my house and my office because I think help me more to keep my eyes fresh with its green leaves color.
BUT recently, I received the email from my friend Mr. Vannara to alert me and all my friends to inform us that this plan is a very dangerous plant that cause serious problem to people that affect with it. The message was forwarded from one to one.
The message I received was:
Dear all;
This plant that we have in our homes and offices is extremely dangerous!
This plant is common in Rwanda, in many offices and in homes. It is a deadly poison, mainly for the children. It can kill a kid in less than a minute and an adult in 15 minutes. It should be uprooted from gardens and taken out of offices. If touched, one should never touch ones eyes; it can cause partial or permanent blindness. Please alert your buddies.
I do not know where did my friend find about this kind of information, but please be careful with that whether it is true or not.
Please be aware of that. Again, I do not know whether this message is true or not because I do not see any evidences to make me believe yet, but I trust my friends because they all do care about each other that’s why they forward to each other.
Again, thank you Mr. Vannara for alerting us to be more careful with what is harmful, but we think is useful.

I am not sure about that. After reading your article, a few days later, I had dinner with friends of mind at restaurant in Council of Ministers and then he said that he felt the kind of these plants have toxic and affect human-being health. and then it reminded me of your article.
It might be true actually, because my friends also told me like that. Moreover, he told me that all student from University of Heal also told him like that. It might or might be true, but we need to be aware of that.
