Asian Tennis Federation Chief Aids Tennis Federation of Cambodia Bid

ATF President Anil Khanna and TFC President Cham PrasidhAs the procedural process for the elevation of the Tennis Federation of Cambodia’s membership status takes its course, Asian Tennis Federation President Anil Khanna has come out strongly in support of the Kingdom’s bid. In a recommendatory letter to the International Tennis Federation President Francesco Ricci Bitti, a copy of which was made available to The Post, the ATF chief enlisted several accomplishments by the TFC, branding them as an “important endeavour in Asian Tennis”. “Tennis is clearly on a growth path once again after decades of unfortunate lay off,” wrote Khanna. “The Federation has contracted a foreign coach, built its own training centre, has developed a player with a world ranking and has emphasised the mini tennis programmes.
